You are prohibited from posting, messaging, or using the Skillfo platform to display, distribute, or facilitate any transfer or acquisition of banned topics including but not limited to illegal materials, sexually explicit materials, illicit drug-related materials, violent content, offensive, or prejudiced content.

This includes refraining from posting misleading information, engaging in harassment, spamming, or any other behavior that violates our community standards. Respectful interaction with fellow users, regardless of differing opinions, is mandatory.
Users are strictly prohibited from posting or using the platform to discuss or distribute any content that is illegal, explicit, violent, offensive, or otherwise sensitive in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, materials that promote hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or harm to others. Any information you provide directly or indirectly to Skillfo may be accessible by employees, partners, advertisers, and employers associated with Skillfo. Exercise caution regarding the information you share on the platform. A deleted post or account will not be viewable or accessible from the platform, however this does not mean all data associated with that account or post is deleted from the Skillfo servers or our partners’ servers.
Skillfo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service. Creating new accounts, purchasing existing accounts, or attempting to circumvent a platform ban is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Skillfo provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users. While we attempt to monitor user-created content, we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of Skillfo. As this platform is intended for individuals above the age of 18, be aware that strong language and heavy topics may be discussed.
In no event shall Skillfo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
